
Jon Milenthal
Chief Executive Officer
Jon Milenthal acts as the firm’s overall visionary, and is also responsible for the operational management of Milenthal-DelGrosso. Jon has 18-years of marketing strategy experience, having been the primary consultant on a number of national brands including General Motors, ACDelco Automotive Parts and Abbott Nutrition. Jon has led numerous award winning projects on behalf of his clients including awards for General Motors Acceptance Corp, Red Cross, Mid-Ohio Foodbank and Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
Jon is a graduate of the University of Kansas, and holds a degree in Marketing and Communications. Prior to leading Milenthal-DelGrosso, he worked for Campbell-Ewald and Yaffe & Company in Detroit. He also worked as an Account Director at Engauge.

Michael DelGrosso
President/Director of Business Development
Mike DelGrosso manages the company’s overall business development goals and works on long-term business planning, acquisition strategies, and business development. Along with 20 years of experience as an animator, systems programmer, and industrial designer, Mike was also a professor of animation at the Columbus College of Art and Design.
Prior to starting up his own production company, Mike was responsible for software design and sales for Baker Hughes and Anatech. Mike is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s of Science and Industrial Design.

Carol DelGrosso
Chief Creative Officer
Carol DelGrosso wears many hats at Milenthal-DelGrosso from creative director to editor and Flame animator. She has won two Emmys for her work on the celebrated video documentaries, “Ashes to Glory” and “Cam Henderson: A Coach’s Story,” as well as the Remi Award from the Houston Film Festival, and a Gold ADDY and Best in Category (Red Cross “Ashes”) from the Columbus Ad Federation.
Carol has been an Art Director in broadcast television and has extensive experience in commercial post production. Carol is also a graduate of The Ohio State University.

Sue Stanton
Executive Producer
Sue Stanton is at the heart of our firm’s operations, being the driver for all day-to-day project completion. Her portfolio features a wide variety of work in every possible medium including print, advertising, broadcast, and web. Sue is also an award-winning author, feature writer, screenwriter, and playwright. She has published her own book, “101 Ways to Tell If You’re a Real Buckeye”, and was the winner of the Thurber House Humor Writing Competition.
A professional arts marketer for 13 years, Sue worked for two of Columbus’ premier arts organizations. Her career has also included extensive Broadcast and Marketing experience in the commercial sector.

Rick Loutzenhiser
Senior Editor
Rick Loutzenhiser has crafted video messaging for a broad range of regional, national, and international clients including Nationwide, CAPA (Columbus Association for the Performing Arts), Longaberger, Scotts Lawn, AkzoNobel, and OhioHealth. Rick edited the Telly Award-winning Mid-Ohio Food Bank “Me” spots, fundraising campaign videos for Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and web videos for Ohio Health. Prior to joining Milenthal-DelGrosso, Rick was an AVID editor at ONN (Ohio News Network) and Mills James Productions. Rick graduated from Youngstown State University with a BA in Telecommunications Studies in 1999.

Paul Keefer
Designer / Animator/ 3D Artist
Paul Keefer’s experience spans motion design, traditional and three-dimensional animation, illustration, and architectural rendering. Paul worked on an award-winning animated cartoon, “The Lessons of Chief Pondy,” as well as created 3-D animation for the Scotts Lawn Training Institute DVD series. He has modeled, textured, lit, and rendered architectural animation of the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts’ restoration of the historic Lincoln Theatre.
Paul graduated summa cum laude with a BFA from the Columbus College of Art & Design in 2006.

Philip Keefer
Designer
Web design. Motion design. Graphic design. What better title to encompass all the work Philip Keefer is responsible for than “Designer?” He is involved in 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, website design and coding, digital press kits, print, and interactive Flash pieces. Philip has contributed to a number of broadcast commercials for clients such Nationwide Insurance, Zaner Bloser, the Columbus Jazz Orchestra, Amethyst, After School All-Stars, the Jewish Federation, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Philip also collaborated on the design and animation for “The Lessons of Chief Pondy.”
Philip graduated summa cum laude from the Columbus College of Art & Design. In 2006, Paul & Philip Keefer received the prestigious Chris Award from the Columbus International Video & Film Festival for an animated short.

Bonnie Milenthal
Bonnie is a strategic adviser to Milenthal-DelGrosso, and brings an incredible amount of marketing savvy to the organization. Bonnie led some exceptional, well-known projects including bringing the Son of Heaven exhibit to Columbus, promoting the development and opening of Nationwide Arena, and coordinating the famous “Hands Across America” effort in Ohio. Bonnie always played an instrumental role in building the HMS brand to what is now Engauge. Bonnie received the presigious “Women of Achievement” award from the YWCA in 2005, recognizing her community service and strength as a business woman in Ohio.
As adviser to Milenthal-DelGrosso, she will continue to add her entreprenurial spirit to the organization.

David Milenthal
David is the founder of what is now Engauge, a marketing services firm owned by the private equity firm, Halyard Capital. Prior to selling his company to the investors, David built what became one of the largest independently owned ad agencies in America…and all right here out of Columbus. Mr. Milenthal has helped spearhead efforts to develop brands for the nation’s leading cruise line, Carnival; the nation’s largest energy company, American Electric Power; one of the nation’s top five health care giants, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield; and other national and regional companies.
Mr. Milenthal believes in using his marketing skills and that of his company to develop campaigns that positively impact important issues and programs in his local and national community. He is the first and only marketing CEO to ever chair the United Way campaign in Central Ohio, and he also served as Chair of the United Way from 1997-99. For the past several years he has served on the National Marketing Committee and the National Leadership Council of the United Way, as well as the Resource Development Committee of United Way of Central Ohio.
